Return and Exchange policy

1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged:

Opened or used home fragrance products (e.g., candles, diffusers)
3. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or colour, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we’ll process your exchange and send your replacement product.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
We’re very careful with packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at support@elegantinterior.co.uk with photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
