Danish design icon Holmegaard was founded by Countess Henriette Danneskiold-Samsøe, who pursued her late husband’s dream to build a glassworks in the scenic Holmegaard marsh. Up until 1831, it only manufactured green bottles, so hand-picked an expert team of Bohemian craftspeople to facilitate its expansion into clear glassware. This crystal vase is subtly striking, complete with a curved form and muted palette. Please note, this item is a truly original vintage piece with slight imperfections and distinctive characteristics that add to its charm and celebrate its unique history.
