Gaetano Mazzuccato, otherwise known as Gino, fell in love with glassmaking as a child, which led to the founding of his company in 1958 on Murano shores. Throughout the 50s and 60s, Gino’s work reinterpreted the Muranese tradition of the glass aquarium, which was formerly refined by Cenedese glassworks and Alfredo Barbini. This vase, which spotlights the murrina technique, was made in collaboration with Silvano Signoretto. Please note, this item is a truly original vintage piece with slight imperfections and distinctive characteristics that add to its charm and celebrate its unique history.
