Founder Marie-Rose Kahane designed the Fiori vase with a focus on old-world style. To achieve the well-defined ribs (or ‘coste’, as they’re otherwise known) on the exterior, molten glass is carefully lowered into an iron drop mould and hand-blown to expand into the metal posts. The results are beautiful, striking and instantly recognisable as Yali Glass.
